Beverly Katchen, LMT

Beverly Katchen is a licensed massage therapist and body worker practicing the therapeutic arts since 1996. She is trained in a spectrum of specialized techniques that focus on chronic pain relief, stress management and corrective modalities to aid the body to return to it's natural balance. Additional studies include the John Barne's method of Myofascial Release. Beverly's private practice involves interactions with physicians, homeopaths, dentists, physicial therapists and chiropractors. In addition, to private practice, Beverly was an instructor of massage therapy at the Center for Healing and Learning in New Jersey and worked with those of all levels within a progressive retirement community. Beverly looks to the cause in treating the symptom and believes in the holistic approach to health.

Katherine Jouan began her exploration of health and wellness in her late teens, and has spent more than thirty years following this path through formal education, travel, research, and life experience. Katherine is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Integrative Health Coach through Duke Medicine, and the founder of SimplyOrganix, a “live food” business that brings her passion for healthy food to the community. She also holds a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling, earned a Certification in Plant Based Nutrition through Cornell University, and has studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through Jon Kabat- Zinn/University of Massachusetts Medical School. “I believe that formal education and conscious life experiences are of equal value,” Katherine says. “I strive to live my most authentic life, one of utmost health, vitality and joy. My intention is to share what I know and learn from all who would like to join me on an ever evolving journey to health!”
